Hair Tonic and Hot Oil Treatment Helps With Hair Growth – Restores Damaged Hair

HAIR TONIC

DIRECTIONS:

• On a clean, washed up and merely dried hair, put the oil on your palms and rub it well.
• Apply the oil evenly all over your hair.
• For scalp massage, rub it with your fingertips in a circular motion all over the scalp.
• Do not rinse.

HOT OIL TREATMENT

DIRECTIONS:

• Microwave 3 to 6 teaspoons of the oil in a microwave for 10 seconds. Or using double boiler method.
• Make sure the oil is not too hot.
• Run a brush through your hair.
• Apply the oil evenly throughout your hair and massage it into your scalp.
• Cover your head with a shower cap and wait up to 20 minutes.
• After 20 minutes, completely rinse out (shampoo) the oil from your hair, and follow up with your normal conditioner.
